Magnatone's popular Troubadour 1x12" joined the 200 series as Magnatone's vibrato was added in 1957. Each of the two channels was mixed together via the volume knobs and shared a single tone control before proceeding to the next shared gain stage. The simple two varistor version of F.M.Vibrato is used with depth and speed controls.

Described as being an ideal professional amplifier for club dates, recording sessions and T.V. or radio appearances.

The 213A is an updated 213 with a 5Y3GT rectifier tube instead of a 5V4.

In 1961, the 213 circuit became the 413, and with reverb it became the 440. The Lo Duca 213R Twilighter is actually closer to a 440 than it is to a 213.
